A lot of them are wising up and don't intend to do anything 'down there' in the future. Blaire White has been quite open with the fact that she's still 'intact' and has no intention of going through the horror show of those surgeries, where they amputate the penis <shudder> and create some kind of half-assed faux vagina in the pelvic cavity, which the body will treat as an open wound for the rest of their life and keep trying to heal it. So they have to constantly walk around with something stuffed into the cavity so it won't start to close up and since it's not a natural body cavity, it's constantly vulnerable to opportunistic infections as well, so they also have a lifetime regimen of drugs they have to take address those illnesses. People who get these surgeries are essentially volunteering to be a chronic medical patient for the rest of their lives, which is something the brochure doesn't highlight, especially if you're a kid whose parent is directing your 'transition process' for virtue credit on Facebook.
