Finally was warmer yesterday and I went out early still pretty cold at 25 degrees buy no wind. I did 47 miles and it was warmer by then over 33 when done. I must say I was working on riding out of the saddle more for periods of about 20 revolutions but pretty tired when done. I was very cold and the cold zaps my energy and strength. Did the indoor trainer today more wind and did not want to make a fight of anything. -- Deacon Mark
