"And the fact > that the right somehow has made it a dirty word." The meanings of words change over time, Sunny. You're allegedly a highly-educated lawyer, so you should know that. Do we need to go over the history of the word 'gay' for that concept to sink through that bone spur you call a skull? > "And so Whoopi will often tell me, 'I've never been asleep,'" she added. I don't care about your 'lived experience'. You're one of the most racist people on TV. You're a horrible person and whatever experiences you've had concern me not in the slightest. And what the hell is 'lived experience, anyway? What other experience could you have other than that through which you've lived? > you don't care about the oppression of the LGBTQ community What more protections do they need? They've already been included in the civil rights statutes as a protected class and they have Hollywood, the government, academia, and every major corporation constantly celebrating them like the second coming. When you have every sector of society throwing you a party, you're no longer oppressed. > you don't care about the oppression of immigrants This is 'progressive' code for, "You're a racist if you oppose unfettered illegal immigration and complete non-enforcement of United States immigration law." > Goldberg weighed in as well, saying that being exposed to "woke" was what > actually made people better and arguing that positive change could really > only be made by making people uncomfortable. Except when protesters and activists make Democrats uncomfortable, right, Hoo-Pie? We get this all the time from Democrats. They advocate for all sorts of in-your-face activism until someone turns their tactics around on them and all of sudden it becomes "harassment" and "fascism" and "the destruction of democracy".
