If you qualify with sufficient evidence of intelligence, yes. Schools generally don't want to waste resources on the uneducable. But you may first have to know how to spell "college." ;-) It's not that different from competitive shooting, John. You wouldn't welcome a person with uncontrollable tremors onto your target shooting team, so it's not really "open to anyone." We wouldn't welcome a person who couldn't learn algebra into our engineering school, but it's open to anyone who's qualified. -- - Frank Krygowski
