I think you're right but for all the wrong reasons.

Go back to Hitler's plan for eastern Europe or the law regarding slaves
in the antebellum south and we see the self imposed elite, as a matter
of policy and law, want ignorant masses. I.D. is a idiotic pseudo
science and that makes it very attractive...

One huge problem though is history. See, what that massive fraud we
call Darwin said "Evolution," which he eventually did, he didn't mean
evolution. He didn't "Believe in" evolution any more than you do In
fact, he believed in the exact same nonsense that Stalin and the
communist world believed in when they outlawed evolution!

The result was famine.

You can't advance agriculture rejecting "western, capitalist,
imperialist" evolution & embracing woo because, yes, evolution is
real. DNA exists. Changes in that DNA are driven by 1) genetic
capacity and 2) selective pressures. So although science is virtually
gone in all cases which do not immediately offer an economic or
national security advantage, evolution has a use.

You need to get into climate "Science." That shit is so fake and
has so many holes that even the dizzy-eyed believers are starting
to form doubts. A little "God did it!" would go a long ways towards
plugging the holes in that one, and there's virtually unlimited
funding for your kind of "Research."

Human Origins, paleo anthropology which is to anthropology what
biblical archaeology is to archaeology, is a gold mine!  You can
make up anything, literally *Anything* and they'll pay you for it.

Don't believe me?  Search this group for some of the nonsense
about Naledi...

But "Evolution" as a topic is *Way* too large and, like I said, it
is monetarily useful, enough so as to NOT Greta it anytime soon.

But you do have viable and lucrative alternative desperately in
need of a little "God did it!"

Best of all?  The trolls here will love you for it. They'll be
your biggest fans... "Hey! Actual Thience! We like Thience! My
TV told me we do!"
