This has likely been posted before, but in case anybody missed it or is 
new here, the Internet Archive site has lots of old videos, including a 
huge collection of 346 TV pilot episodes (US only of course), many of 
which never aired. The video quality varies. The complete set is 288GB, 
but you can watch or download individual shows if you want to.
