I watched the first two episodes. It's not like the original series.
There's no characters comparable to Donna and Louis. There's no Jessica
(before her character got ruined after the first couple of seasons).
Arrow is just unsympathetic and nasty, managing to break apart his firm
due to the way he treated people.

I looked him up. He was weekend anchor for ABC. NBC hired him away for
News Now (isn't that overnight?) and substitutes on Today and primetime.
