Yeah, I would think it unlikely simply from the timing. Feb/March seems 
like an unlikely time for a large-enough school surge.

If you've enjoyed anything by T Kingfisher (Ursula Vernon) before,
I am confident you'd like this.

If you haven't read anything by her before, I think this would be a fine 
one to start with.
