The word "pinninu" he has confused the name with, might be a form of "pannolino" pronounced elsewhere in Italy, which translates to "diaper"! So I doubt his name could be diaper. Hehe :) Most "B"s among Arabs turn into "P"s as you go north geographically. So my bet is originally it was Bin Nino.
