The original "Jim Pennino" died in 2020. This one up there is an 
imposter; or hell, who knows, could he be reading my dick from his grave 
too? 30 years of it alive has been long enough.

So the guy doesn't know what he's talking about. The word "pinninu" he 
has confused the name with, might be a form of "pannolino" pronounced 
elsewhere in Italy, which translates to "diaper"! So I doubt his name 
could be diaper. Hehe :)

Most "B"s among Arabs turn into "P"s as you go north geographically. So 
my bet is originally it was Bin Nino.
