Also, he died to the boss in the tutorial. Truly an epic masterclass gamer. (Some of his kids have also reportedly said that they 'carried' him in games whenever they played together, asserting that he is in no way a skilled gamer). Which, honestly, wouldn't be a bad thing. The guy nominally runs three major corporations (and heads up several smaller ones), and is head of an government organization unconstitutionally tearing apart the US government. He's a busy guy, Musk; he should have no time for gaming. It's quite forgivable if his skills are lacking in that area. But he just can't face that possibility. Honestly, I /like/ Musk. Not as a person obviously, but as an example. Too often CEOs and the ultra-rich were held up as exemplary heroes to Western society; "Look at this powerful men, who obviously achieved their status and wealth out of their hard work and intelligence." But these days, the truth is that their positions are due more to where they were born, the opportunities that birth offered them, and luck. They are not super-smart or capable. They are certainly not deserving of the immense salaries they give themselves, or the influence that wealth lets them wield. Nowhere is this more clear than with Musk. He's a shining example of how weak -emotionally, intellectually, and psychologically- the class is... and he's the richest amongst them. I LOVE how he constantly flaunts his awfulness. It's a never-ending reminder of how undeserving he -and others of his ilk- are of their privileges. It's unlikely they'll ever get their well-deserved comeuppance. But if it ever happens, it will be because of people like Musk.
