The classic "cartoons interacting with humans" examples are, of course, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" and "Space Jam" - where a toon disguised himself as the Fourth Doctor (probably) - and "Looney Tunes: Back in Action" - which has a cameo by a Dalek. Movie figures come to life has been done in live action a couple of times ("The Purple Rose of Cairo" and "The Last Action Hero" spring to mind. Most recently there was a crossover episode between "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" (live action) and "Star Trek: Lower Decks" (animated) but in that case the cartoon characters crossed a portal as live action humans. -- There’s no point in being grown up if you can’t act a little childish sometimes.
