"Locally". Meanwhile, globally temperatures are exceeding the average of
the last two interglacials, while CO2 levels are pre-Pleistocene -- aka,
we just *ended* the ice age, the climate regime our civilizations 
developed in and depend on for agriculture and other stuff. We're in
uncharted waters now, and it will soon be *high* water.

I'd have thought those guys could afford something slicker than a cheap
