Hello Harald,

I'm happy to be recognized, thank you. I am getting into the hobby again 
from my long absence.  To distribute the app I am working on, all I need 
is Tcl and [Incr Tcl] to bootstrap it.  It won't be a starkit.  But I 
plan to have users extend it.  teacup with a small graphical thing 
around it would have been perfect.  It's not really that "I" need a 
batteries-included package, but my users will need something.
