There are a lot of potential languages for a
business application and most solutions will use
multiple languages.

JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, PHP, Python,
Ruby, Groovy, Java, C#, C++ etc..

Depending on where:
* client side (browser or phone/tablet app)
* server side front end (HTML generation or web service API's)
* server side back end - transactional
* server side back end - analytics
