It seems appropriate to contact him by email here. If you want your discussion about your language to be in public, rather than just with Bart, then comp.lang.misc is probably the best place. It would be a good idea if Bart's list did not come up here in comp.lang.c again. It would likely lead to a lengthy thread that goes nowhere - most C programmers are already aware of the real issues with C, and Bart has never shown any interest in correcting his misunderstandings about the language. But if you think looking at the list could help improve your own language, then I hope Bart can help you out.
