Things like this are easy.  Dehydrator strawberries, no power required.
Just spread on screen then cover with bugproof screen.

This was about 1 quart of strawberries.  We use them in our morning
oatmeal.  Next, I plan to dry bananas for the same purpose.  Our
ancestors with no refridgeration, dried alot of produce in summer for
winter use.
