Thanks to a mention by Joan, red sauce has been simmering on the stove
over low heat today. I browned a pound of mild Italian sausage with
minced garlic & onion, stirred in tomato sauce and grated in a fresh
zucchini. Seasoned the sauce with Italian herb seasoning blend. It
smells delicious and I had a little taste; yep, it's good! I'll be
serving this over angel hair pasta, which is my preference over regular
spaghetti noodles. There will be leftovers to take to work for lunch
next week.

Anything cooking at your house tonight?

Jill
