Doctor Who ended in 2017. Pretending that it didn't doesn't change that.

There is not 15th Doctor. The last Doctor was played by Peter Capaldi as 
the 12th Doctor though technically he was the 13th counting the War 
Doctor played by John Hurt or the 14th if you count David Tennant twice.
