Jon Pertwee did do quiet a few comedies among many other roles. He was
in some of the Carry On comedy movies, the kids' comedy-drama Worzel
Gummidge, a one-episode role in The Goodies, etc. But it's probably not
accurate to say "mainly a comedy actor".

IMDB, like Wikipedia, is full of nonsense thanks to the silliness of
allowing the "information" there to be posted and edited by the users
and never checked by anyone official.
