I was going to ask if it's even legal to give a new show the exact title 
of an old show while being completely different but then I remembered 
the new Matlock so I suppose it *is* legal.

I would be seriously pissed off if I tuned in that show, expecting to 
see Hogan vs. Klink, and got a reality show about sandwiches.
