Kelly Clarkson's contract to host The Kelly Clarkson Show expires in
2026 after what will be the show's 7th season to, uh, spend more time
with her family. NBC wants the show, with large ratings, to be renewed.
They may have to back up a large truckful of cash to her home.

I didn't realize it's not NBC daytime programming. NBC syndicates it, so
it must be in a number of markets on non-NBC stations.
