Following that reasoning, Greeks aren't Europeans because they're
culturally different from Dutch and English.

Yes, Indians are rather olfactorily overwhelming. I once went to a
grog shop next to an Indian restaurant. It was run by Anglo
Australians but smelled heavily of curry.
