I also can't tell a Brit from a German, a Frenchman or a Dutchman,
unless they do or wear something iconic (baguette, bowler hat, finger
in dike), which most don't.

Actually, most of the time I can tell a Chinese from a Japanese from a
Korean.

But can you tell a Kazach from a Turkmen? Ha! I didn't think so.
