+1, from large to small.

Not only severely affecting imported fasteners (used by US 
manufacturers/assemblers) but the last few remaining US 
screw/rivet/nail producers have shortages of cold heading 
steel wire.

The Green Leap Forward left us with transmission capacity 
shortages exacerbated by lack of transformers made from 
specialty electric steel we don't make here.
