The plan includes 8.6,9.0 and 9.1. The future is unknown and depends on 
the need. If there are breaking features pending, 10.0 will be the next 
project, otherwise 9.2.

You can look to the TIPs targeting 9.1.
Unfortunately, when developping 9.0, all TIPs not ready got 9.1.
Currently, we only have a small amount of TIPs really brought forward:
711 (already in)
714 (may be voted before May)
626 (no new feature)

Don Porter just encourraged the community to be creative to not miss the 
new feature Window half closing in May 2025 and finally closing in 
December 2025
