She is an excellent cook and has made many great dinners over the years. We were chatting and she mentioned for dinner she had a bowl of cereal. Coincidentally, that same evening I had crackers and cheese. Most times when I cook a real meal, I make enough for a couple of nights. I try to break it up every other night. I sometimes buy a package of green beans that you nuke for 5 minutes. Easily enough for a few portions. One portion though, is cut up into small pieces and added to salad. To dress it up a bit more, I'll cut some grapes in haf and add them too.
