LiFePO4 has a higher internal resistance and lower maximum current capacity than Li-ion or lead batteries. https://www.litime.com/products/litime-12v-100ah-lithium-lifepo4-battery? "Note: This 12V 100Ah battery is suitable for energy storage rather than start-up." ---------------- As part of a different question I asked LiTime if they had anything suitable for an EV, and they answered no. Their spec for maximum internal resistance is 40 milliOhms though I measured a small fraction of that on a new battery. The internal loss would be 4V at 100A and the entire battery voltage at 300A.
