If a person is without paperwork (ID, carry documentation, etc), is not a US citizen and has been in US for more than 30 days, then this is some type of "criminal act" so they can deport this person. I would not believe any person is opposed to deporting 'bad' persons, but with this enforcement, millions of good people could be deported.
