A new season of Doctor Who dropped, not that anyone really knew or cared. And 
it comes as no surprise that it posted the LOWEST RATING OF ALL TIME. RTD has 
no intension of course correcting, he's more interested in pandering to the 
broken organisation that is the BBC and his own echo chamber.
