I don't believe he is a clueless cretin, more a misogynistic, racist, 
narcissistic, vicious, vindictive bully who is determined to shaft any 
one who voted against him, or who does not agree with his political views.

He knows and understands the likely results of his actions but relishes 
in the utter chaos he causes.
