Hmm. A quick search turned up this article which talks about the same 
(or similar) phenomenon and has a date of Dec 12 2024:

This website apparently didn't consider it worthwhile to consult an 
astronomer or other professional who might have been able to give an 
answer based on scientific knowledge.
