Unfortunately, the Liberals have been very sympathetic to the DEI/woke types, including in the appointment of activist judges. I am hoping this changes if the Conservatives form the next federal government on April 28 but the Liberals are in serious danger of winning a 4th consecutive term so we may be stuck with this nonsense for the forseeable future. The man who committed this crime was hitting speeds of 237 kilometers per hour (147 mph) before this accident on roads that presumably had lots of black ice due to the temperatures and refused to slow down despite his passenger begging him to slow down. I don't see how being black while driving like an asshole should reduce his sentence just because *other* blacks had gotten into trouble with the law. -- Rhino
