I really don't have much to say about it. Sinners (theatrical) New horror movie written and directed by Ryan Coogler. The movie stars Michael B. Jordan in a dual role as twin brothers who return to their home town in Mississippi in 1932. They have plans to open a juke joint. They spend the first half of the movie getting things in place for an opening night party. But those plans are tossed aside when some vampires show up wanting to be invited in. To make it out alive they just need to survive From Dusk Til Dawn. The movie also stars Hailee Steinfeld as a young woman with True Grit who gets caught between the brothers and the vampires. It's a pretty good movie. I liked that it used a lot of the vampire myths like needing an invite and not liking garlic. I saw the movie at my local IMAX theater and it looked great. I'm tempted to make a trip to San Francisco so I can watch it again in 70mm IMAX for the ultimate viewing experience.
