I use Ken's Russian also, no MSG listed. I'm not against MSG for any reason but it's just a flavor enhancer. Very common in salt reduction/replacements like 'lite salts'. It has 30 or 40% less sodium than table salt but makes you less prone to go for the salt shaker.
