Retired, minimal responsibility, but people do not realize the stress I have some days, like today. I knew what I was having for dinner, simple chicken dish. The stress though, is what to drink with it. I have a selection of wines, bought some on sale today, Art of the Cooper Chardonnay. Good stuff. OTOH, I've not had a gin & tonic in a week or so. That would be good with dinner on a Saturday night too. To make the decision more difficult, if I go with the F&T, do I pour Hendricks or The Botanist? While dinner was cooking, I made my choice. What a relief! https://postimg.cc/7GPcDvzH
