You found _one_ scary story, out of how many peaceful, unremarkable nighttime walks every day around the world? You can't really be pretending that incident is representative of the actual level of risk! How many attacks per million nighttime walks do you think actually occur? That's aside from the fact that the timid tricyclist specified "foreign country." But Phoenix is in _this_ country. I'm pretty sure the foreign countries that I've visited have all been shown to be safer, on average, than America. -- - Frank Krygowski
