Off for a remote weekend with her boyfriend's friends, Iris is worried 
they won't like her.  COMPANION (on Max) is a smartly scripted --  and 
eminently spoilable -- sci-fi thriller.  IMDb bills it as a 'dark 
comedy', and that's really all you should know.  Well recommended.
