I'm not sure about doctors but I know we've had a real issue with nurses 
trained here getting scooped up by US hospitals to work there. That's 
been going on for many years now. Next time you're in a hospital, ask 
around and see how many of your nurses are Canadian. I'd be interested 
in what you hear.
