Thank you every body. I found that and also just when you go into iPhone 
Storage before you go into Messages it says "Review Large Attachments" 
too so after I get rid of the ones I don't want in MEssages I'll look 
for others.

I thought it might be easier to delete things in iCloud on my Mac but it 
just gave me little pictures of the files it didn't let me play the 
videos so I could see what they were so thank you for letting me know 
about the reviewing attachments on my iPhone.
