Brian Lilley, one of the panelists on this video, insists (in this 
video) that politicians do NOT normally lie, although they DO spin 
things ferociously to make them look better than they really are.

Mark Carney, on the other hand, has had several incidents where he 
outright lied about things that could be easily verified. They are 
detailed in the video. Some lies were not important - like Carney's 
claim that he used to rock out to AC/DC's Thunderstruck when he was 
playing goalie back in high school - but some, like a conversation he 
had with Trump, definitely were.
