It is not the chocolate but the sugar.
More chocolate and less sugar. Presently Trader Joe's has 85% cocoa
chocolate and after years of working up to it by stages I enjoy it. I
have strong feelings about this so I will quote my old tag
lines here. But I am sensitive to caffeine and allergic to casein so I
have never enjoyed a Starbucks confection.
