Hi Christian,

I am (and have never been) a Windows expert, hence I am for sure not 
competent enough to answer this question.  But:

The Windows 11 system UI is based on the Fluent design system, using the 
relatively new WinUI library.  This makes me to conclude that this 
library is currently the right choice for new developments on Windows.
