Make that four.  Pork ribs here, too.  I made a spinach & cheese 
quesadilla for lunch.  Dinner tonight was a few (bought already cooked) 
baby back ribs, heated in the oven.  It's a rack of ribs so I there will 
be leftovers for the next few days.
