Good point Ok. I could have done without the narrator and his ads, but that's un-fucking believable. 100s of assistant corporation counsels and they forget to obtain an easement? I wonder if there are utilities down there. Bet the city is going to have to pay him, plus reimbursement for the judgment against him for the woman.
