The best fried chicken in my neck of the woods isn't overly salty. It's freshly fried at a Shell gas station mini-mart. It's injected with hot sauce and is billed as "Cajun" even though the people who run the place are from India. It's nicely crisp and very tasty. It puts KFC and fried chicken from other fast food chains to shame. Jill
