Résultats
Des taux élevés d'IgG4 et des ratios plus élevés d'anticorps non 
cytophiles par rapport aux anticorps cytophiles après une vaccination de 
rappel ont été associés de manière significative à un risque accru de 
percée infectieuse (HR [multiplication par 10] des IgG4 = 1,8, IC à 95 % 
= 1,2-2,7 ; ratio non cytophile/cytophile HR [multiplication par 10] = 
1,5, IC à 95 % = 1,1-1,9). En outre, une augmentation du rapport 
anticorps non cytophiles/anticorps cytophiles est corrélée à une 
réduction de la fonctionnalité, y compris de la neutralisation.
