The mere fact that you are offering to be of assistance is greatly appreciated, but at this point I have given up since I'm quite sure the problem is with the other user's phone and there's nothing I can change on my end to work around it. Your act of kindness is appreciated by me, but I'm sure not at all by several others on this newsgroup.
