This is to be expected.  My iPhone 14 was pretty much the same as yours
when new.  Two years later the battery capacity is at 85% and the loss
of stamina is noticeable.

And normal usage differs between people.  For some it may be hours of
online games or social nedia sites with videos.  For others it may be
just checking text messages and a few phone calls.  Then there is the
issue of being connected to WiFi or having a crappy cell signal.  All
these factors affect the battery usage significantly.
