   The USA is inherently isolationist ... would rather NOT
   mess around with any other countries. There's "Here"
   and "Over There".

   But 'complications' develop. Reality WILL bite

   US 'domination' has never been very "imperial", more
   'soft', 'economic'. We WILL compete for biz, but
   DON'T want to invade/occupy your country unless things
   just go all to shit.

   and I don't know what, if anything, we will/can do.
