Stavo guardando le nuove ryzen ed ho visto che il consumo 
sui 95W, mi chiedevo se, come penso,  progressivo in base
all'uso che se ne f, o se consuma sempre molto, leggendo
le news o pagine web si dovrebbe usare pochissimo la cpu...
